Water and Sanitation Agency (WASA), Rawalpindi has released a Tender Notice in Date of 5^th June 2021 in different Daily Newspapers of Pakistan.

 

 

Tender Notice

ANNUAL CONTRACT FOR REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF T/WELL WATERSUPLLY WEST ZONE-I WASA RAWALPINDI.

 

1. Water and Sanitation Agency (WASA} Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA) (herein after the “Employer’) Invites sealed bids from interested Firms/Companies /Contractors having experience in the relevant field and registered with FBR & PRA, for ANNUAL CONTRACT FOR REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF TUBE WELL WATERR SUPLLY WEST ZONE-] WASA RAWALPINDI.

 

2. Bidding Documents {Technical and Finance Bid), containing detailed terms and conditions. etc. are available in the office of Deputy Director (ws} WZ WASA Rawalpindi and complete set of Bidding Documents can be obtained on submission of written application along with payment of a non-refundable fee of Pak. Rs. 10,000/- (Pak Rupees Ten Thousand Only} Bidding documents shall be issued to owner of the firm by showing original CNIC and/or to Authorized representative of firm having authority letter.

 

3. Single stage two envelop bidding procedure will be adopted the Bids {Technical & Financial) prepared in accordance with the instruction given in the Bidding Documents must be accompanied by a Bid Security 5% of the estimated cost in shape of CDR for an amount RS;12,778,55/-.Last date for purchase of bidding documents is 18-06-2021 The Bids (Technical & Financial} must be delivered at the address given above on date 19-06-2021 before 11:30 AM The Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 12:00 PM in the presence of the bidder / bidders representatives.

 

4. Only technically responsive bidder will be qualified for opening of Financial Bids found technically non responsive shall be returned unopened to the bidders.

 

5. Deputy Director Water and Sanitation Agency (WASA), Rawalpindi may reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to the acceptance of a bid or proposal under Punjab PPRA Rules 2014 (Rule-35}.

 

6. Conditional tender will not be accepted.

 

7. No tender wia telegraph or by post will be accepted.

 

8. No tender will be issued on the date of receipt of tenders.

 

9. Tenders rates and amount should be filled in figures a well as in words and tender should be signed as per general directions given in the tender documents.

 

10. just in case the overall tendered quantity {is less is a smaller quantity} than five-hitter of the approved calculable (DNIT) amount, the bottom bidders can have to be compelled to deposit extra Performa security from the scheduled Bank starting from five.04 to 10%.

11. The Bids will be valid for 120 days No tender will be accepted which is received telegraphically or by post.

 

12. Estimated cost Rs. 25,557,100/-
