NOTICE INVITING TENDER
The Director General Balochistan
Levies Force Quetta Invites sealed tenders from the
eligible bidders/contractors/suppliers/manufacturers, fulfilling eligibility
criteria as laid down in BPPRA Rules 2014(amended up to date) for the supply of
following material goods.
Earnest Money 2% and Tender fee Rs.1000/-
and Submission &Opening Date Last date of Submission 07-05-2021 till
10:30AM & Opening of technical bids will be on same date at 11:00AM,
while Opening of Financial Bid of technically qualified bidders shall be on the
same day at 3:00 PM.

The Procurement shall be carried out
in accordance with Baluchistan Public Procurement Regulatory Authority rules,
2014, as amended up to date.
BASIC ELIGIBITY CRITEREA: Income Tax(NTN) & Sales Tax (GST) Registration. Relevant Experience
in last 03 years.Any company participating through Representatives must have
Original copy of Authority letter on non-judicial stamp paper of Rs. 100 duly
Attested by first class magistrate. Fulfilling mandatory requirements as enumerated
vide page #03 of the bidding documents.
METHOD OF PROCUREMENT: Single Stage- Two Envelope Bidding Process.
BID SECURITY: The Bid must accompany Earnest Money in form of call Deposit/Pay
order of an Amount Specified above in the Name of Director General Balochistan
Levies Force, Quetta, from a Scheduled Bank which will be verified by the
concerned Bank.
The bidding documents must be filled
carefully & all overwriting & corrections (if any) must be initialed by
the bidder. Incomplete bids will not be accepted/entertained.
BIDDING/TENDER DOCUMENTS: ISSUANCE: Can be obtained from the office of the undersigned mentioned below
upon payment of non-refundable bidding documents fee (amount mentioned above)
duly deposited in Government treasury under head CO-2642 through Green Challan
or can be downloaded from website of BPPRA i.e www.bppra.gob.pk.
The contractors/ firms/ manufacturers
‘suppliers, downloading bidding documents from the BPPRA website shall be
mandatorily required to submit their requisition with green Challan to the Office
of the undersigned one day prior to the bid opening Date.
DEAD LINE OF SUBMISSION: The bidding Documents duly filled and attached with copies of supporting
documents must be delivered in sealed envelopes by hand or through registered
mail to the address mentioned below on or before date specified above for each
category of goods.
OPENING: The tender documents will be opened on the specified date &
time as mentioned above for each category by the procurement committee in the
presence of contractors/suppliers firms or their authorized representatives/agents
