Sealed tenders dig sited for the supply of following, items for LRH Peshawar Tender should reach to the office of the Lady Reading Hospital Medical Teaching Institution Peshawar on or before 05/04/2021 at 10:00 am which will be opened on the 05/04/2021 at 10:30 AM is presence of bidders of their representatives.

Required Bid Security/CDR:  from 1 to 4, Rs-100,000/- for 5, Rs-50,000/-

Procurement Method: Single Stage Single Envelop

TERMS AND CONDITIONS: -

1.Only typed tender on original recommending/prescribing letter pad, scaled & signed should be submitted, the quoted Price must be hand written and printed quoted price is not being okay. The tenders must be according to hospital specification: double rates for one item will not be accepted.

2 No conditional tender will be acceptable.

3. A detailed list of specification of required items can be obtained from the Material Management/controlling Department of Lady Reading Hospital Medical Teaching Institution Peshawar during working hours (Saturday is not working day).

4. Pay order (PO) will not be accepted for bid security.

5. The competent Authority has the right to reject all bids under Rule 47 of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPR A} Procurement Rules 2014. after assigning valid reasons.

6. A bidder shall not have conflict of interest. If any of the bidder directly or indirectly controls, is controlled by or is under common control with another bidder or staff member shall be disqualified.
