District Education Officer District Zhob Balochistan has released a Tender Notice in Date of 15 April 2021 in different Daily Newspapers of Pakistan.
Sealed documents can be obtained
from the reputed firms, companies and contractors for the purchase of furniture
fixtures for the financial year 2020-21 under signature during office
hours.
The aspiring firm, company and
contractor must be financially sound, with a three-year proof of bank
statement.
Upon receipt of bidding documents, a
tender fee of Rs. 2000/- per set will have to be submitted which will
later be credited to the exchequer through challan and this amount will be
non-refundable.
Firms, Companies and Contractors are
required to submit 02% of the total amount of Rs.4000000 as Call
Deposit by signature along with tender documents. Checks etc. will be
unacceptable.
Successful firm will have to pay
stamp paper duty at the rate of 25 paisa per amount of Rs. 100 /-
Last Date and Time of Submission: 17.05.2021 at 12:00
Date and Time of Opening: 17.05.2021 at 01:00
Procedure Procurement Furniture will
be submitted in case of single stage. The signatory has the option to cancel
one or all tenders without giving any reason.
