Directorate of Electronic Media and Publications Lahore, an attached department of M/o Information & Broadcasting Lahore, invites sealed bids from the Printing Firms registered with income Tax and Sale Tax Department and who are on Active Taxpayers List of Federal Board of Revenue, for printing and supply of this Directorate's urdu publication titled as Mah-e-Nau “ASHFAQ AHMAD NUMBER’.

 

2. Bidding documents / Papers, having detailed information, etc. are available at Regional Office DEMP, 291 Block-A, Johar Town Lahore, for free of cost (During Eid holidays bidding documents can be obtained from Regional office DEMP, Lahore)

 

3. The bids, prepared in accordance with the instructions in the bidding documents, must reach within 15 days of the publication of advertisement at Regional Office DEMP, 291 Block-A, Johar Town Lahore by 11:00 am. Bids will be opened on the fifteenth day at 2:30 pm in the presence of the firms authorized representatives.

 

4. The desired Printing Firms are also required to have minimum three years’ experience of work. These details must be provided along with sealed bids; complete printing press profile along with details of office set-up and printing equipment, Income Tax certificates. last three years bank statement, printing press NTN Number, AGPR Vendor Number, copy of CNIC of chief Executive of the firm and the list of clients, an Oath Commissioner Affidavit verifying that the firm has neither been black listed nor remained involved in any litigation, with any government department.

 

5. The Directorate has the right to accept or reject any or all tenders as per rules.
