Lahore Waste
Management Company has
released a Bid Invitation in Date of
April 2021 in different Daily Newspapers of Pakistan.
FOR “SUPPLY
OF MATERIAL (G.I. SHEETS, WHEELS, CHANNELS, SIDE HANDLES, MS SHEETS, TONGA
WHEEL AND ALLIED ACCESSORIES) FOR REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF 0.8 CUM CONTAINERS
AND TWO WHEEL HANDCARTS”
The
Lahore Waste Management Company (LWMC) intends to invite bids from eligible (as per the criteria
laid down in Bid Document) and experienced Firms / Companies for “SUPPLY OF
MATERIAL (G.I. SHEETS, WHEELS, CHANNELS, SIDE HANDLES, MS SHEETS. TONGA WHEEL
AND ALLIED ACCESSORIES) FOR REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF 0.8 CUM CONTAINERS AND
TWO WHEEL HANDCARTS” through National Competitive bidding process as envisaged
in PPRA Rules, 2014 (Rule 23) as amended from time to time.
Bidding
Document is being made immediately available on and after date of publication
of the advertisement. Interested firms/companies/individual may view and download
the bid document from the LWMC & PPRA website or may acquire it from LWMC
office from the address as given below on payment of Rs. 2000/- (non-refundable)
which should be put in the BOP Branch in Lahore Waste Management Company bank account
No 3531-1 (6580003820300018).
Bid Document
downloaded from website of LWMC and PPRA shall accompany the deposit receipt of
aforementioned amount along with the document at the time of their submission.
Absence of Bank deposit receipt of document fee shall make the bid non
responsive.
A pre
meeting prior to Bid Document submission closing date shall be held on May
17, 2021 at 1100 hours in the office of LWMC at the given address mention
below.
Bid Document
in original (signed and stamped) must be delivered in sealed envelopes by hand
or through registered mail to the address given below up to May 24, 2021 at 1130
hours and be clearly marked “SUPPLY OF MATERIAL (G.I. SHEETS, WHEELS, CHANNELS,
SIDE HANDLES, MS SHEETS, TONGA WHEEL AND ALLIED ACCESSORIES) FOR REPAIR AND
MAINTENANCE OF 0.8 CUM CONTAINERS AND TWO WHEEL HANDCARTS’. Technical Bids will
be opened on the same day at 1200 hours in the presence of the
prospective bidders or their representatives who choose to be present.
