 Directorate of Electronic Media and Publications (DEMP) Islamabad has released a Bid Invitation in Date of 8th April 2021 in different Daily Newspapers of Pakistan.

 

Bid Invitation

Directorate of Electronic Media and Publications (DEMP), Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Government of Pakistan invites sealed bids from reputed firms/companies for holding “Grand Finale of National Amateur Short Film Festival” using single 1 envelope bidding procedure under Rule 36(A) of Public Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules, 2004. The Firms should have solid and verified scale events and must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and are on FBR’s Active Taxpayer's list (ATL).

 

2. Complete bidding documents may be obtained from the office of undersigned. Bidding documents can also be downloaded from DEMP website ww.demp.goy.pk and PPRA website www.ppra.gov.pk.

 

3. Bid proposals, prepared in accordance with instructions in the bidding documents, may reach the office of the undersigned by 25.05.2021 at 1200 hours. Bids will be opened in 25.05.2021 at 1230 hours, representatives of bidders shall be present in same day.

 

4. As per Rule 33(1) of PPRA Rules, 2004, Directorate of Electronic Media and Publications reserves the right to reject any or all bids/proposals at any time prior to the acceptance of a bid/proposal.
