Terms &
Conditions:
1. The
tenders will be purchased on any operating day up to at least one day before
tender gap date back the workplace of Divisional Engineer (Civil-l) JIAP, city
throughout workplace hours on payment of prescribed tender value
(non-refundable) against Pay Order drawn in favour of Civil Aviation Authority,
Karachi.
2. Tenders will be received on 13" July,
2021 at 1130 hours and will be opened on the same day at 1200 hours
in the office of Divisional Engineer (Civil-I) JIAP, Karachi and in presence of
intending contractors or their representatives.
3. Tenders will be issued only to those
contractors / firms who will be found suitable considering their previous
performance, experience in the execution of similar nature of works.
4. Tender shall be issued to the owner / proprietor
of the firm having CNIC or duly authorized representative of the firm /
company.
5. Earnest money at the rate of 2% in the
shape of Pay order/ Bank Draft of any schedule Bank, drawn in favour of Civil
Aviation Authority, Karachi should be submitted along with the tenders in
sealed envelope. Tender supported without required earnest money would not be
entertained.
6. No tender will be sold by post or on the date
fixed for opening of tenders. PCAA reserves the rights to accept or reject any
or all the tenders for sufficient and cogent reasons which will be communicated
to the bidder on request.
7. The pay order/ earnest money of bidders will
be retained till finalization of tender.
8. Warning: - Pay orders / Bank Drafts, any
other financial instruments or any document submitted by Bidders, Contractors
as ‘Tender Cost’, ‘Earnest Money / Bid Security, Bank Guarantees and experience
certificate etc. if found fake or dishonored by issuing bank / financial
institution at any Pre / Post contract stage of the case, would call for blacklisting
and legal action.
