Government of Pakistan National Highway Authority (Establishment
Directorate) has released a Tender Notice in Date of 20 April 2021 in different
Daily Newspapers of Pakistan.
FOR PROCUREMENT OF
REPAIR/MAINTENANCE
SERVICES OF CCTV CAMERAS AND FIRE
ALARM SYSTEM
ALREADY INSTALLED AT NHA HQ
1. The
NHA HQ Islamabad intends to procure Repair/Maintenance Services for its
already installed CCTV Cameras and Fire Alarm System at NHA HQ Buildings G-9/1,
Islamabad through Private Firm/Companies dealing with the job.
2. The
Income Tax/GST registered Firms/Companies dealing with Government/Private
Departments/ Organizations are invited to offer their bids for
Repair/Maintenance Services for its already installed CCTV Camera and Fire
Alarm System to be provided on monthly basis latest by May 05, 2021 till
1100 Hours which will be opened on the same day at 1130 Hours in the
presence of Bidders/Representative nominated for the purpose.
3.
Bidding Documents containing complete with other terms & condition details
can be obtained from the office of Deputy Director (General Service) Room NO.
G-18, NC Building NHA HQ on any working day before May 05, 2021@ Rs.500/-
(Non-Refundable) through Newspaper as well as NHA’s (www.nha.gov.pk) &
PPRA’s (www.ppra.org.pk) websites which will be submitted along with pay order
of Rs.500/- in favour of National Highway Authority, HQ, Islamabad.
4.
Precautionary measures for Covid-19 shall be strictly followed during visit NHA
offices HQ and proceeding of Tenders.
