REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
Being a dynamic organization, Lahore
Development Authority (LDA) is
continuously striving to bring excellence in all fields to fulfill its vision
and mission. In order to achieve its goals and targets, efficient Human
Resource Management is integral.
For Organizational Restructuring and
Strategic Planning in LDA, a comprehensive study via an experienced firm is
required for revamping of Human Resources. Lahore Development Authority intends
to hire the services of a Human Resource Consultancy Firm to review, redesign
and revise the existing structure of LDA.
The aim of hiring a human resource consultancy
firm is to create and develop an HR model specific to the need of LDA. The HR consultant
shall review, design, and apply strategic HR planning and policies on
recruitment and selection, training and development, compensation and
remuneration, performance and career, organizational development and change, as
well as crisis and conflict management.
LDA therefore invites eligible Human
Resource Consultancy Firms with relevant experience in public/corporate sector,
duly registered with the Government Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments who
are on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue, to
indicate their interest in providing the required services.
a.
Complete historical profile of the firm with the information ie. certificate of
incorporation, total experience, qualifications in the field of the
assignment/affiliations with relevant bodies and ratings if any, corporate
profile indicating firm's years of business, total turnover, audited financial
statements of any three financial years (FY 2016-17, FY 2017-18, FY 2018-19,
FY 2019-20), availability of number of experienced HR professionals, core
competencies, technical and managerial organization of the
firm etc.
b.
Details of completed projects in public/corporate sectors of similar nature and
size with requisite information along with evidences of having successfully
carried out the assignments with at least two references from the clients.
A firm will be selected through a
Consultant Selection Committee in accordance with the procedures set out in
Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (as amended up-to-date) issued by the Punjab
Procurement Regulatory Authority available on http:/Awww.ppra.puniab.gov.pk/.
Sealed EOls must reach to the office of the undersigned on or before 10.05.2021.

payment of PKR 1000/- one day before the closing date.
