IESCO seeks to ask sealed tenders from the corporations / makers United Nations agency ar pre-qualified / registered with the Chief Engineer (Purchase & Disposal) / commonplace & Specification, NTDC metropolis or with WAPDA/PEPCO/any/DISCO for the year 2020-21 for provide of following material on free delivery basis to IESCO Regional Stores urban center / capital of Pakistan / Rajjar & Wah:

Date of opening: - Tender will be received on 17.06.2021 up to 10:30am and will be opened at 11:00am on the same date.

 

The tenders are opened within the presence of participants or their licensed representatives (bearing authority letters) UN agency attend O/O Chief Engineer (Material Management) IESCO Head work place G-7/4 Street No. 40, Islamabad. Material shall adapt to relevant WAPDA/NTDC Specifications (amended to date).

 

Terms & Conditions: -

 

1. Tenders will be opened on “Single Stage Single Envelope basis”.

 

2. The price ought to be firm and final on banking industry basis and while not involving any exchange.

 

3. Tender must be accompanied with Bank Guarantee @ 2% in favour of Chief Executive Officer IESCO Islamabad of tender quantity valid for 150 days (one hundred and fifty days) in the form of Bank Guarantee/Call Deposit issued by any schedule Bank of Pakistan (having rating A+ or above).

 

4. Tender forms together with terms and conditions will be obtained from the workplace of fabric Management IESCO national capital against non-refundable quantity Rs.2000/- on any operating day throughout workplace hours before every day from the date of gap of tenders.

 

5. The bid should be for full quantity of tender and bid for less quantity of tender will not be accepted.

 

6. No tender are going to be issued on the date of gap of tenders.

 

7. Islamabad Electric Supply Company Office reserves complete rights to cancel/reject the conditional bid.
