 Pakistan Red Crescent (PRC) Balochistan headquarter Quetta has released a Tender Notice in Date of 15 April 2021 in different Daily Newspapers of Pakistan.

 Pakistan Red Crescent (PRC) is the Auxiliary body to Government working for the victims of disasters and conflict by providing relief and emergency services. PRC PHQ Balochistan invites sealed bids for procurement of supply of Medical (Laboratory) Equipment’s, Food Packs & Wheel Chairs only from GST & NTN registered firms/supplier with relevant past working experience with Govt/INGO/UN agencies.

Term & Conditions

1.The tender document can be collected from PRCS office Almo Chowk Airport Road Quetta by submitting Bank Challan of Rs.1000/- from 09:00 am to 02:00 pm till 28^th Apri 2021. Tender fee must be deposit in Sindh Bank Ltd, Airport Road Branch Quetta in account number 5701499$196119 entitled as PRCS Core.

2.Sealed tender for complete package should reach PRCS office from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm on 29 April 2021. Tender/s will be opened at 12:30 pm on same day.

3.A pay order / demand draft in favour of PRCS PHQ Balochistan with a value of 2% of the total bid amount must also accompany the bid as a tender guarantee. Bid receives without pay order / demand draft shall be consider rejected.

4.PRCS Tender committee reserve the right to cancel or reject any or all offers without assigning any reason notice.

5.The bid require should be responsive, qualified and eligible. Lowest priced technically qualified and responsive offer is the criteria for the award of the tender.
