PRIMACO invites seated bids from eligible and interested Bidders duly licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council for Construction of 50mmx50mm +0 Gauge Galvanized Chain Link Wire Fence Boundary Wall (Approx. Length 4540RFT) with Pre —Cast RCC on different pockets at EOBI Ex PCBL Land Thoka rNiaz Baig, Lahore.

Interested and eligible Bidders may obtain Bidding Documents/details from the office of the Pakistan Real Estate Investment & Management Company Private Limited in Islamabad and Lahore against a payment of Rs. 2,000/- (non-refundable) in the shape of Bank Draft / Pay Order in the narne of PRIMACO Islamabad during 1000 hours to 1500 hours on any working day.

Eligibility Criteria:

a) Complete credentials/identifications of the individuals with related details,

b) The firm must be incorporated/ registered with SECP/GOP/Sole Proprietor. PEC C-6 & above,

c) Registration/process must be on ATL with FBR/Tax Department, NTN/GST Registered,

d) An confirmation stating that the individual / firm is not blacklisted/banned by any Govt Sovereign Body.

Bid Opening Date and Time: 6^th April 2021 Till 1530 hrs

Bid Security of 5% of Bid Value in shape of pay order/Bank Draft in name of PRIMCO Islamabad

b) after the date of submitting Tenders and incomplete tenders will not be considered or entertained.
