Terms and conditions:
(1) Tender documents can be received from the office of the undersigned
only on working days up to 06-04-2021.
(2) The tender will not be issued without submitting tender fee of Rs:3000!

(3) Tender documents will be issued after submitting 5% call deposit
as an earnest money on the date of issuing.
(4) Tender will not be issued without owner of Firm or their Authorized
representative's person along with authority letter from 1” class Magistrate.
(5) copy of works order previously work carried out by the firm '
contractor.
(6) Without submission of original PEC License Tender will not be
issued.
(7) The tender will be received till 12:30 Hrs on 06-04-2021 and will be opened on the same date at
13:00 Hrs, in presence of the tender opening committee and the contractors of
their representatives.
(8) the Quetta Electric Supply Company authority reserves the right
for rejection and cancellation of all bids ‘proposals with assigning reasons as
per PPRA rules 2004.
