Executive Engineer Local Government & CDD Civil Division Rawalpindi and Assistant Engineer Local Government & CDD Civil Sub Division Chakwal has released a Tender Notice in Date of 22nd April 2021 in different Daily Newspapers of Pakistan.
TENDER NOTICE
Sealed tenders are invited on
percentage rates MRS (1st Bi-Annual 1st January 2021
to 30th June 2021) and item rate for non-scheduled items, from
the approved contractors of Local Government & Community Development
Department, Civil Division, Chakwal who have deposited their enlistment/renewal
fee for the current financial year 2020-21.

Terms & Conditions
1. 54%
earnest money in shape of CDR for the amount mentioned above shall have to be
deposited by the intending contractors/firms at the time of issuing of tenders
during office hours; otherwise tender will not be issued.
2. The
intending contractors/firms, company may get the tender documents/papers from
the office of Executive Engineer Local Government & CDD Civil Division
Rawalpindi during office hours accompanied with attested copy of
enlistment/renewal letter up to date PEC license 2021 authority letter on pad
form of the contractor/firm, identity card of the contractor, managing partner
of the firm along with registered power of attorney up to 08-05-2021 on
payment of tender fee in the shape of Challan (32-A} deposited in SBP/NBP (Accepted
those Challan form A-32 which are issued by office of the Assistant Engineer
Chakwal) which will be non-refundable.
3. The
tenders will be received on 10-05-2021 up to 1.00 PM and opened
at 2.00 PM in the office of the Assistant Engineer, LG&CD
Department, District Chakwal in the presence of authorized representatives of intending
bidders and tender opening committee.
4. The
tenders received by post or conditional tenders or telegraphically, E-mailed and
tenders not accompanied/attended with earnest money in shape of deposit at call
issued from the scheduled bank will not be entertained/interested.
5. No
tender will be issued after 10/05/2021.

Detail of estimate every documents/specifications can be seen in the office of
Executive Engineer Local Government & CDD Civil Division Rawalpindi on any
working day during office hours.
7. As
per general/Conmen directions/guideline given in tender documents. No rebate/discount
on tender rates will be acceptable/suitable Completion time will be strictly
adhered/observed. Proportionate/comparable progress has to be achieved/attained
by the lowest bidder.
8. Procurement procedure will be adopted as per Public Procurement Regulatory
Authority Rules 2014.
9. If
in the date of issuance and receipt of tender’s undersigned office closed in case
of public holiday, so it will be the next working day.
10. The lowest bidder whose bid will be 5% or more, below of
sanctioned estimated cost of the work, the lowest bidder will be bound to
deposit the difference between the bid and estimated cost as per rate quoted by
the bidder as Additional Performance Security in the shape of deposit at
call from any scheduled bank within 15 days after receiving of tenders which
will be returned on successful completion of work/contract.
11, The Executive Engineer Local Government & CDD Civil Division
Rawalpindi, Civil Sub Division Chakwal under Public
Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules 2014 section-35 may
reject all bids or proposals at any time.
12. The Successful bidder will have to deposit a performance Security @
5% of Estimated Cost, which will be refunded on completion of project.
Note: it should be noted that CDR must be attach
with tender form, otherwise tender form will be rejected.
