TUSDEC
TUSDEC was established by Government of Pakistan to upgrade technology
and skills of strategic industrial clusters of Pakistan. TUSDEC is implementing
a project titled “Industrial Designing & Automation Centers (IDAC)” to
address the automation and design related issues of Pakistan's Industry. Centers
will be established in Lahore, Karachi and Sialkot.
Technology Upgradation & Skill
Development Company (TUSDEC) invites sealed bids from experienced PEC registered (at least C-5
Category) civil contractors for construction of office building on 02 Kanal
land at Quaid-e-Azam Industrial Estate Kot Lakhpat Lahore. Interested
contractors are invited to send their sealed bids (Single Stage Two Envelope)
as per the criteria / requirements mentioned in the bidding documents.
A complete set of bidding documents
may be purchased on submission of a written application and upon payment of a
non-refundable fee of Rupees 3,000/- from our consultant's office “M/S
Hasan Associates, 1 / 2™ floor Taj Arcade 73-Jail Road, Lahore, Tel:
042-35408614" during office hours. All bids must be accompanied by a
Bid Security @ 2% of the bid amount in shape of Deposit at call, bank guarantee,
CDR or DD in favor of “Technology Upgradation & Skill Development
Company”. The sealed bids, one copy and one original must be delivered by
hand or through courier to TUSDEC till May 7" 2021 at 11:00 AM
at the below address.
Tenders will be opened on the same
date at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives
who wish to attend.
TUSDEC reserve all rights to reject any / all bids prior to the
acceptance of a bid or proposal as per the rules & regulations under the
PPRA Ordinance 2002.
