“ELECTRICAL, MECHANICAL AND
CIVIL WORKS MAINTENANCE
SERVICES IN PESHAWAR BRT SYSTEM”
1. TransPeshawar
(The Urban Mobility Company) is a Company of urban rapid transit projects
assigned by the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Urban Mobility Authority.
2. TransPeshawar
(The Urban Mobility Company) invites applications from eligible bidders
registered with KPRA for sales tax on services for “Pre-Qualification of
Electrical, Mechanical and Civil Works Maintenance Services in Peshawar BRT
System”. Scope of Services, eligibility and evaluation criteria, and
information on submission, and opening of prequalification applications is provided
for in the prequalification document.
3. The
prequalification document may be downloaded by the interested bidders from the
website of TransPeshawar (http://transpeshawar.pk)
after publication of this advertisement till last day for submission of applications.
4. A clarification
meeting will be held in the office of the undersigned on 11:00 AM (PST),
April 28, 2021 (Wednesday).
5. The
applications must be submitted to the undersigned on or before 11:00 AM
(PST), May 6, 2021 (Thursday).
6. The
applications shall be opened in the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose
to attend at 11:15 AM (PST) on the same day at the office of
TransPeshawar.
7. The
prequalification notice is available both on the websites of TransPeshawar
(http://transpeshawar pk) and KPPRA.(http://kppra.gov.pk). TransPeshawar
reserves the right to cancel any or all submitted applications by assigning
cogent reason.
