Principal Bolan Medical College Quetta has released a Re-Invitation of Bid in Date of 20 April 2021 in different Daily Newspapers of Pakistan.

 

RE-NOTICE INVITING TENDER

Principal Bolan Medical College Quetta re- invites sealed bids from eligible bidders having FBR relevant registration with Income Tax & Sales Tax Department, and BRA. the firm name shall be on active Tax Payer List of FBR. for the supply of following items to Bolan Medical College, Quetta for the Financial Year 2020-2021.

Note: Separate packages is necessary for each tender. Procurement will be made under Balochistan public procurement Regulatory Authority Rules- 2014. Amended 2019-

Eligibility: -The bidder shall have at least 3 years’ relevant work experience. Turnover at least last three years.

Registration with relevant tax departments. The bidder must be on Active Tax Payers list of Federal Board of Revenue. The detail of eligibility above a. b, c and d can be seen in detail in bidding document of each package.

Bid Security: - The bidders must provide Bid Security in the form of Call Deposit or Pay order @ 3% of total bid value in favor of the Principal, Bolan Medical College, Quetta from a scheduled bank.

Tender Documents: The biding documents can be obtained from the office of the Principal Bolan Medical College Quetta on any working day during office hours on payment of tender fee of Rs. 1000/- (Non-refundable) for each tender through National Bank Green Challan under the following head of accounts: - C02845- Health Receipts (The NIT & Bidding Document can also be downloaded from (www.bppra.gob.pk).

issuance of Tender Documents: -From the date of publication of tender notice on working days till 4^th May, 2021 in office hours. Last date of tender submission: the tender documents should be submitted on or before 5th May, 2021 at 10:00 am in the office of undersigned.

Tender Opening: Tenders opening date is 05/05/2021 at 11:00AM in the office of undersigned in presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
