Tender under sealed cover, on
percentage basis, are hereby invited from the approved / enlisted E&M Firms
/ Contractors Registered with Pakistan Engineering Council having code MEO1 -
MEO2 - Me06 - Me07 (General Mechanical Works only) and also registered with
Income Tax and General Sales Tax Department, for the under mentioned works: -

1) Tender Forms along with Terms & Condition
etc. can be obtained on cash payment of Rs.5000/-(nonrefundable) from
the office of Deputy Director (Sanitation), Directorate of Sanitation, CDA,
Sector G-6/1-4, Islamabad, on any working day during office hours up to 18th
June,2021.
2) earnest within the form of draft / Pay Order issued by the
regular bank of Islamic Republic of Pakistan set in national capital / city, in
favor of the Deputy Director (Sanitation) ought to be attended with Tender
type. Cash/ Cheque won't be accepted.
3) The performance guarantee shall also have
been closed in case the total bid amount is less than 10% below the NIT amount
equal to the difference between NIT and bid amount less 10% of NIT amount.
4) PEC Certificate 2020-21 and skilled tax certificate in
original are going to be seen before supply of tender.
5) No tender form will be sold on the date of
opening of tender.
6) The tender will be received on 22nd June,
2021 up to 11:00 A.M and will be opened on the same date at 01:00 P.M,
in the office of Director General (Civic Management), CDA, G-6/1-4, Islamabad.
7) additional details concerning the works, if needed, are
often obtained from the workplace of the Deputy Director Sanitation, board of
directors of Sanitation, CDA, Sector G-6/1-4, national capital (PhoneNo.051-
9223171) on any operating day.
8) The firms providing unsubstantiated and / or
incorrect information are liable to legal action and or disqualification /
black listing etc.
9) The same advertisement can also be seen at
the PPRA’s website www.ppra.org.pk and CDA’s website www.cda.gov.pk.
10) The CDA reserves complete right to reject any or all bids at
any time before acceptance of a bid or Proposal [PPRA-Rule33(1)}.
