TENDER NOTICE NO. HMC-RRC -22/2021-22
Heavy
Mechanical Complex Taxila, a Capital Engineering Goods Designing and
Manufacturing Organization invites sealed tenders for supply of Raw Materials,
Inputs & Consumable items (e.g Pig Iron, Hard Coke Welding Electrodes,
Grinding Cutting Discs and other consumables & mineral items etc.) both for
Mechanical and Foundry & Forge Works on FOR HMC Taxila basis against Annual
Rate Running Contract for the Year 2021 ~ 22 (with effect from 1st July, 2021
to 30th June, 2022) from the manufacturers/authorized distributors/suppliers
registered with income Tax/Sales Tax Departments.
Sealed
tenders should reach Director (SCM) till 1400 hours on Due date 28-06-2021
for opening in public at 1430 hours on the same day in presence of bidders who
wish to attend.
List of
items to be procured through Rate Running Contract for the year 2021 -22 is
available on both HMC & PPRA Websites.
Bidding
documents, containing detailed terms and conditions for submission of bids
& bid security, are available for the interested bidders at following
addresses.

The bids,
prepared in agreement with the instructions / directions in the bidding
documents / papers. must reach at the office of Supply Chain Management Heavy
Mechanical Complex Taxila on or before closing date and time as mentioned above.
HMC reserves
the right to accept or reject all bids and to annul the tendering process at
any stage prior to award the Contract.
