The Divisional Monitoring Officer Colleges Higher and Education Kalat Division at Khuzdar invites Tender from the registered Suppliers / Firms in Education Department Govt of Balochistan of the following purchase items. Time Limit one week.

The earnest money for each work is 2% of total cost & tender fee Rs. 1000/- The procurement shall be carried out in accordance with Balochistan Public Procurement Regulatory Authority rules, 2014.

 

BASIC ELIGIBILITY: The Supplier must have valid registration with Education Department College Sector in relevant Category and registration with tax authorities i.e.

 

METHOD OF PROCUREMENT. Single stage- Two envelop (Technical and Financial Envelops).

 

BIDDING / TENDER DOCUMENTS: Issuance: The Supplier /firms having registered with Education Department College Sector in aforementioned category in relevant discipline can obtain the bidding documents from the address mentioned below on production of green challan deposited in the head of account C-02716 through Government Treasury/National bank of Pakistan or can be downloaded from website of BPPRA.

from the date of publication of this invitation in newspapers till one day prior to the last date of submission. The contractors/firms who obtain bidding documents by downloading them from BPPRA website will also be required to produce deposited green challan form of above mentioned fee.

The documents if requested by mail are going to be promptly sent by mail that value of mail are going to be borne by the soul, however, below no circumstances the Procuring Agency are going to be command chargeable for late delivery or loss of the documents thus armored. earnest as mentioned on top of ought to be submitted within the style of bank guarantee or Deposit at decision from a regular Bank.
