Newspapers of Pakistan.

tenders supported item rates / share on approved estimate (DNIT) quantity are
herewith invited for the works mentioned below, from the Contractors /
corporations noncommissioned / revived with C&W Department for this year
inside the relevant category. Tender
documents can be blamed from the date of publication of invitation to bids in
the newspaper from any of the below mentioned offices, upon within request
accompanied with at listed copies of investment / up to date renewal letter,
2020-21 PEC license, identity card of contractor / managing partner / director
of the firm along with registered power of attorney and on payment of
prescribed tender fee in the form of CDR | Bank draft / Cashier's cheque of any
scheduled bank (Tender fee rales are re-fixed by C&W Department in term of
clause 25(7) PPRA Rules 2014 with immediate effect vide notification No
B-II(C8W)2-11/78 dated 03-02-2015) - in the name of Executive Engineer,
Building Division, Sheikhupura.

ii). Commissioner Lahore Division, Lahore.
iii), Superintending Engineer Buildings Circle No.3
Lahore.
iv). Deputy Commissioner, Sheikhupura.
v). Executive Engineer Building Division,
Sheikhupura.
Tender rales and amounts should be
filed in Bruges as well2s in words and tenders should be signed as per General
Directions given in the lender documents.
Tenders will be received in the office
of the Commissioner Lahore Division Lahore and will be opened after 30 minutes
on fired date and time by the respective Tenders Opening Committee at the above
venue in the presence of intending contractors / firms / interested groups of
their representatives.
Conditional lenders and tenders not
accompanied with earnest Money @ 2% of the estimated cost in shape of CDR /
Bank Draft Cashiers Cheque of any scheduled bank and attested copies of
registered partnership deed and power of attorney in case of fs will not be
entertained. All tenders can be rejected by the competent authority before
approval of lenders, by assigning the reason for rejection but it is not
binding to justify the reasons. All bids submitted without 2% bid security will
be rejected al the lime of opening of bids by Tender Opening Committee.
