Tender Notice

 

1. Dr. Ruth K M Pfau, Civil Hospital, Karachi in its budget received an allocation towards the Diet of Patients. It is intended that part of the proceeds of this allocated fund will be applied to eligible payments under the contract for Diet of Patients.

 

2. Dr. Ruth K M Pfau Civil Hospital, Karachi now invites sealed bids on Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding procedure from Food Suppliers / Food Services Providers in Sindh registered with Sindh Food Authority, Income Tax, SRB (where applicable) & Sales Tax Department.

 

3. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the office of the Medical Superintendent, Dr. Ruth K M Pfau, Civil Hospital, Karachi, 2nd floor Administration Block, Baba-e-Urdu Road Karachi.

 

4. A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application on the above upon payment of Rs: 2,000/ (non-refundable) fee in shape of Demand Draft or pay order in favor on Medical Superintendent, Dr. Ruth K M Pfau, Civil Hospital, Karachi, 2nd floor Administration Block, Baba-e-Urdu Road Karachi from the date of publication up to 27th June, 2021 during office hours.

 

5. Sealed Bids must be delivered to the office of Medical Superintendent, Dr. Ruth K M Pfau, Civil Hospital, Karachi, 2^nd floor Administration Block, Baba-e-Urdu Road Karachi on or before 27th June, 2021 up to 11:00 am and must be accompanied by a bid security of Three (3) % of bid cost.

 

6. Bids will be opened by the procurement committee of the Dr. Ruth K M Pfau, Civil Hospital, Karachi in the presence of bidders / representative of bidders on 27^th June, 2021 at 11:30 am in the committee room of Medical Superintendent, Dr. Ruth K M Pfau, Civil Hospital, Karachi, 2nd floor Administration Block, Baba-e-Urdu Road Karachi.

 

7. The rates quoted should be inclusive of GST, Income Tax, etc which will be deducted at source as per prescribed rates. The services delivery of Diet for Patients will be made at Dr. Ruth K M Pfau, Civil Hospital, Karachi Baba-e-Urdu Road Karachi as mentioned in the bidding documents.

 

8. The bidder’s area unit requested to administer their best and final costs as no negotiations area unit expected.

 

9. In case Government declared / announced public holiday on the date of opening of Tender, the Tender will be submitted / opened on the next working day.

 

10. Procurement Committee reserves the Right to accept or Reject any or All Bids without assigning any reason prior to award of contract as per the relevant provisions of SPPRA Rules. 2010.

 

11. Invitation for Bids / Tender Notice can be downloaded from SPPRA website: www.pprasindh.gov.pk but the bidder must submit the tender fee in prescribed manner along with technical bid.
