Tax Office has released a Tender Notice in Date of 4th
June 2021 in different Daily Newspapers of Pakistan.

Regional Tax Office, Islamabad,
invites sealed bids from the reputed & eligible Companies/Firms/Contractors/Manufacturers/Distributors/Suppliers/Individuals
who are also on the Active Taxpayers List of FBR (both for the Sales Tax &
Income Tax) for the F-Y 2021-22 for Procurement of following items:
Procurement of
Misc. Work/ Supplies to be carried out at newly hired building of RTO / CTO,
RDF Centre, Plot No.31, Mauve Area, G-9/1, Islamabad.
All Interior
/Civil nature works & supplies as per BOQ.
Partition of FBR
the relevant floors of the RDF Centre.
Installation of
IT Networking & Completion of Electric work / shifting & Installation
of Generator.
Purchase of
various Office Furniture items.
Purchase of IT
& Hardware related equipment.
Purchase of
Machinery.
2. Tender / bidding documents containing
complete description / details of the civil work and supplies along with allied
terms and conditions can be obtained from the office on submission of written
application during the office hours on any working day.
3. The quotations shall be submitted duly
completed separately on financial and technical aspect. The quoted rates shall be comprehensive of all duties
and taxes etc. Payment are going to be created as per Government
procedure/rules and public procure Rules shall be binding upon the parties
4. Interested Companies / Firms / Contractors
who intend to carry out civil work as mentioned in Table above or the Companies
/ Firms / Contractors /Suppliers /Manufacturers / Furniture Manufacturers who
intend to supply items / equipment as mentioned in Table above shall submit separate sealed quotation / bid
for every purpose beside all the relevant documents & Security deposits
in form of decision deposit of Rs. 100,000/- (for every purpose) from any
scheduled bank in favor of Deputy Commissioner (HQ). Regional Tax
Office, Islamabad on 22/06/2021 (Tuesday) till 11.00 A.M. The bids will
be opened on 22/06/2021 (Tuesday) at 12.15 P.M. in the office of
Chairperson Purchase Committee, Regional Tax Office, G-9/1, Islamabad, in the
presence of Bidders /their authorized Representatives. Incomplete/conditional
bids shall not be entertained.
5. Work/ Supplies will be obtained on need
basis. The bidders can have to be
compelled to complete the work/ provide the things at intervals fifteen days of
the problem of order, failing that penalty are going to be obligatory on per
day basis.
6. The Authority reserves the right to reject
all or any tender / bids inconsistent with the relevant Rules.
