Sealed tenders under Single Stage-One Envelope Procedure bidding process are hereby invited as per SPP Rules -2010 (Amended - 2019) from the interested persons / contractors / firms on Standard Bidding Documents (SBDs) for procurement of the following works.

 

Description:

1.Providing, Laying, Jointing & Testing ROC Sewer 30” & 24" dia from Taj Colony Phattak to Sahafi Colony Disposal Works Nawabshah Town District Shaheed Benazirabad.

2.Construction of Compound Wall around Khadd at Pir Muhalla Kazi Ahmed to District Shaheed Benazirabad.

1. The blank tender forms for above stated works can be obtained from office of the Executive Engineer (Dev.) Public Health Engineering Division Shaheed Benazirabad Located at Jam Sahib Road Nawabshah on any working day up to 19.05.2021 @ 1.00 PM on submission of written request and payment of prescribed tender fee in cash / bank pay order (non-refundable) in favor of undersigned officer. Contract documents and other terms and conditions can be seen and blank tenders can be downloaded from the official website of ppms i.e https://ppms.pprasindh.gov.pk/PPMS/.

 

2. The tenders will be received back duly sealed on or before 20.05.2021 @ 1:00 PM and will be opened by Procurement Committee on same date at 2:00 PM in the presence of the bidders/ contractors or their authorized representatives.

 

3.In case the tenders are cancelled / rejected or un-responded, the next date of issuing upto 07/06/2021 @ office hours and received back on 08/06/2021 @ 1:00 PM and will be opened by Procurement Committee on same date at 2:00 PM.

 

4.5% Earnest money of the tender amount in the shape of call deposit / pay order / demand draft from any scheduled bank of Pakistan in favour of the undersigned should be attached with the bids / tenders.

 

5. Eligibility Criteria / Qualification

a. List of similar assignment with cost (at least 4 Nos) of Water & Sewerage jobs with documentary evidence along with satisfactory completion certificates of last three years.

b. Bank statement / Turnover of bid cost in last 3 years & income tax return of last 3 years.

c. Details of Machinery/equipment’s

d. Registration with income tax department (NTN Copy)

e. Sindh Revenue Board (Sale ‘lax Registration) Copy

f.  Copy of CNIC (Owners / Proprietors)

 

6. The instructions to bidders, bidding data, conditions of contract, contract data mentioned in SBD are applicable and filled by the bidder.

 

7. Affidavit that the firm is not indulged in litigations and has not abandoned the works.

 

8. Affidavit that the firm is not blacklisted by any procurement agency.

 

9. Affidavit that the given information, documents and data is absolutely true and correct.

 

10. Affidavit that the firm shall be responsible for defect liability in respect of work for period of 3 months from the date of completion of work (period of detect liability).

 

11. In case of force majure on submission / opening date and time or if Government declares Holiday the tender shall be submitted / opened on the next working day at the same time and venue.

 

12. Conditional tenders will not be entertained.

 

13. The lowest evaluated bidder will deposit remaining amount of 10% as performance security in terms of Rule-39 of SPP Rules-2010. No agreement will be executed or work order issued without fulfillment of this condition.
