2020-21)
Communication,
Works, Physical designing and Housing Department hereafter known as “Procuring
Agency’ intends to rent the services of Consultants for careful style & Resident
direction. TORs/RFP shall be on the market within the workplace of undersigned
and additionally on the web site of BPPRA.
The consultancy firm interested in the
assignment with experience of similar nature of assignments may apply for
selection containing the following information/particulars duly supported with
necessary documents.
Sealed

Terms &
Conditions:
1. Interested Firms are required to be registered
with Pakistan Engineering Council in category 1215.
2. Firms are required to submit their Bids by 1:00
Pm on 20, May-2021 in the office of Chief Engineer (Roads) C&W Department
Quetta Zone C&W Complex Mir Jaffar Khan Jamali Road Quetta.
Technical Bid will be opened on the
same day at 2:00 Pm. Financial Bid must include 2% Bid Security
in shape of Pay Order / Demand Draft or Deposit at Call from Commercial bank.
Bid received after the Due date / Time
will not be accepted while RFP shall NOT be issued after 20, May, 2021.
Detailed RFP can be obtained from the
office of undersigned on any Working Day During Office Hours on Payment of RFP
Document Fee of PKR 5,000/- or can be downloaded from B-PPRA website.
BID Validity
should be 90days.
The procure
Agency reserves the rights to annul the Bidding method as BPPRA Rules 2014. The
Bidders, World Health Organization transfer the Documents from web site, ought
to submit the Tender Fee of Rs. 3,000/- In form of PO/DD at the time of
Submission of Document.
The
method of procure are single stage 2 envelope. Technical and money
proposal shall be clearly marked on envelope.
Firms
