General Southern Punjab Circle Multan has released a
Tender Notice in Date of 4th April 2021 in different Daily Newspapers of
Pakistan.

tenders on percentage rate basis on Pak. P.W.D Schedules of Rates — 2012 for
Civil Works, Pak. PWD Schedule of Rates-2004 for E/M Works and non-Schedule
rates are invited from firms having valid PEC registration in category C-6 and
above for the year 2020 - 2021 with the relevant code for the works mentioned
below.
Tender
documents may be purchased from office of the undersigned upon written application
on firm letter head with a nonrefundable fee Rs.2000/- as postage stamps
on account of tender form cost as mentioned below up to 20-05-2021
during office hours. Tenders will be received latest by 21-05-2021 at
11.00 AM and will be opened on the same date in the presence of
bidders / authorized representative at 11.30 AM. The firms / contractors
should have sound financial status, similar work experience, capacity & equipment’s
etc.

1: Certificate of satisfactory
completion of work from the client for similar nature of work.
2: Valid PEC registration, CNIC, Income
Tax registration (NTN) in original along with attested photocopies are required.
TERMS
AND CONDITIONS.
1: Tenders must be accompanied with bid
security in shape of CDR at the @2% of bid amount for cach work separately
issued by any schedule Bank or deposit under head unclassified receipt (ACG-67)
in any Post Office.
2: No tender will be entertained without CDR of
required amount.
3: Under Rues-33 (1) of PPRA Rules 2004 Pakistan
Post Office reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the bids at any
time prior to the acceptance of bid.
4. The submission of tenders by the contractor
implies that he's totally informed with the location of labor, scope of labor
and terms and conditions ordered down within the tender documents.
5: Tender submitted through Post / E-mail shall
not be entertained.
6: Conditional tenders will not be
acceptable.
All the
applicable Federal / Provincial Tax must be considered while preparing the bids
and are required to be included in the quoted rate and need not be mentioned
separately.
