A Public Sector Organization Invites sealed tenders on item rate basis for the following work from Pre-qualified/enlisted and security wise cleared Civil/HVAC & Mechanical for civil and mechanical work respectively, as per under mentioned schedule: -

i. Issuance of tender documents shall be closed one day earlier to the opening date.

 

ii. For Tender Notice No. 29(03)/2021, the contractors are required to submit their applications for issuance of tender documents along-with their complete credentials. The applications shall be scrutinized and the tender documents will only be issued to the firms who have sufficient experience in the relevant field and satisfy the other special conditions required for the job.

 

iii. Bid Security 2% of bid value in form of CDR or Bank guaranty from schedule bank of Pakistan as specified in Tender Documents shall have to be submitted along with bid. Non-submission shall straight approach reject the bid.

 

iv. Earnest money must be enclosed in a separate sealed envelope along with tender, with name of work clearly mentioned on the envelope.

 

v.  2 copies of BOQ shall be submitted by contractor (one original & second photocopy) and each shall be sealed, pre-signed and sealed and name of labor shall be clearly mentioned on envelope.

 

vi. Rates shall not be written in one column it should be in figures and words in separate columns. just in case of conflict in figures and words, the speed quoted in words shall prevail.

 

vii. Competent authority could reject any or all bids/ proposals at any time before acceptance of bid or proposal.

viii. No. Tender are going to be issued or accepted by Post/ Courier/ Telegraphic.

 

ix. Tender Evaluation Committee reserves the right to demand the analysis of quoted rates to check their reasonability and workability.

 

 x. Incomplete proposal/ bid may not be entertained and shall be treated as non-responsive.
