CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER DISTRICT HEALTH AUTHORITY ATTOCK

Chief Executive officer, District Health Authority ATTOCK intends to purchase The Equipment for Warehouse (PHFMC) For The Financial Year 2020-21 under PPRA rules 2014 amended till date.

 

The procurer will be made as per rule 38 (2)(a) single stage two envelope, the bid shall be a single package consisting of two separate envelopes, containing separately the financial and the technical proposals (the envelopes shall be marked as “Financial Proposal” and “Technical Proposal”) from the income and sales tax registered firms.

 

The supplies will be delivered / inspected at office of CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER, DISTRICT HEALTH AUTHORITY ATTOCK, MAIN KAMRA ROAD ATTOCK.

 

Description: Procurement of Equipment for Warehouse (HEM)

 

Closing Date: 21-05-2021

 

Estimated Cost: PKR 5.0 Million

 

Bid Security: 2% of estimated cot

 

 

All bids / proposals conforming in ail material respects to the requirements and criteria set forth in this request for proposal and best meeting the needs of the purchaser must be accompanied by a Call Deposit Receipt PKR 100,000 /-(2% of Estimated Cost Tender) Separately which will be refunded once the bidding process has been completed and contract awarded to the successful tenderer.

 

The bids along with the CDR must be delivered to the office of the purchaser before 21^st May 2021 at 11:00am. All Technical bids are opened publically within the presence of the bidders or their representatives World Health Organization might opt to be gift on same day at 11:30 am.
