REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
HIRING OF CONSULTANCY SERVICES
Sukkur Institute of Business Administration
University intends to hire the services of reputed & experienced Consulting
firm/consultant for following consulting services on “single stage two envelope
basis.”
SERVICES
- To carry out feasibility study for
the establishment of Sukkur IBA University Campus at Kashmore district of
Sindh. The purpose of the study is to gauge technical, administrative, and
economic feasibility for the need of higher education institution in the
District Kashmore.
Request for proposal (RFP) is
invited from reputable consulting firms/consultants having relevant experience/Knowledge
of above tasks/works and registered with sales tax and sale tax department. RFP
document having detailed scope,
terms and conditions
can be collected office of Manager
Procurement against pay order of Rs. 1,000/- in favor of Sukkur IBA University
from April 19 to May 08, 2021 or may be downloaded from Sukkur IBA
University website https://www.iba-suk.edu.pk/tenders.
The proposals, prepared in
accordance with the instructions in the RFP documents, must reach at office of
Manager Procurement, Sukkur Institute of Business Administration University,
Nisar Ahmed Siddiqui Road, Sukkur on or before May 08, 2021 up to 1:00
pm.
The technical proposal will be
opened on same day at 1:30 pm in presence of bidders or their
representatives (who may choose to be present). The financial proposals of only
technically qualified consulting firms/consultants will be opened late on.
Bid security @ 2% of the
quoted amount (Refundable) in the shape of bank demand draft/pay order in favor
of Sukkur Institute of Business Administration University must be attached with
the financial proposal. The registrar of Sukkur IBA University may reject any
or all bids subject to relevant provisions of SPP Rules 2010 (Amended 2019) and
may cancel the bidding process at any time prior to acceptance of bid or proposal
as per Rule 25(1) of said rules and as per PPRA rules.
