 BID INVITATION

Sealed tenders based on item rates/percentage above or below on accepted/approved estimated/projected Detailed Notice Inviting Tender amount are hereby invited/requested, for the

1. works mentioned below from the Contractors/Firms enlisted/renewed with C&W Department / Chief Engineer Punjab Buildings (M&R) Lahore for the financial year 2021 in the field of Buildings works and who have a valid Pakistan Engineering Council License in relevant category.

Tenders documents can be obtained/got from today any of the below

2. mentioned offices, upon written requests accompanied with attested copies of enlistments/ upto date renewal letter & fee deposit receipts, PE.C. license, CNIC of Contractor ‘Director of the firm/ Managing Partner along with registered Power of Attorney and on payment of prescribed/arranged tender fee in the form of CDR / Bank Draft of any scheduled bank: -

i) Chief Engineer, Buildings M&R Department Lahore.

ii) Commissioner Rawalpindi Division Rawalpindi.

iii) Superintending Engineer, Buildings M&R Circle Rawalpindi.

iv) Deputy Commissioner, Rawalpindi.

v) Executive Engineer Buildings M&R Division No. 1, Rawalpindi.

vi) Assistant Commissioner Rawalpindi / Murree / Kallar Syedan / Kotli Sattian / Gujarkhan / Attock / Taxila etc.

vi) The bidding documents/Papers are available in the office of the Executive Engineer, Building M & R Division No.1 Rawalpindi, Superintending Engineer, Building M & R Circle, Rawalpindi & the same may be obtained subject to the payment of the cost of the printing and provision/delivery of the documents in which is as under.

3. Tender rates and amount should be filled in figure as well as in words and tender should be signed as per general directions given in the tender document.

4. Division Rawalpindi and will be opened in the presence of intending contractors or their representatives who are to be present.

5. Conditional tenders and tenders not accompanied with Earnest Money @ 2% of the estimated cost in shape of CDR/Bank Draft of any scheduled Bank and attested copies of registered partnership deed and power of attorney in case of firms/companies will not be entertained/diverted.

(2) Any reversal of grievance by the procuring agency the committee has been constituted vide undersigned office Order No.72 dated 05.12.2019 under Chapter-X, Sr. No 67 of PPRA.
