Capital Development Authority has released a Tender Notice in Date of 23 April 2021 in different Daily Newspapers of Pakistan.

Sealed tenders are hereby invited by Capital Development Authority on % basis from the approved/permitted firms/contractors for the year 2020-21, as per following details: -

NAME OF WORK:

CONSTRUCTION OF ADDITIONAL BLOCK AT CDA MODEL SCHOOL SECTOR 1-9 ISLAMABAD. (PROVIDING AND SUPPLY OF FURNITURE)

N.I.T Cost: Rs. 5.536,911/-

Earnest Money: Rs. 166.107/-

Date & Time of Opening: 12/05/2021 (Box closed at 11:30 am & Opened on 12:00 Noon.

 

1. Tender documents/Papers can be obtained/got on Non-refundable cash payment of Rs. 2,000/- every one set. Open in the office of Director Works, CDA on during office hours. Application for issuance of tender documents will be received up to 11.05.2021, 12:00 Noon and tender will be opened at 12:00 Noon on 12-05-2021 and no tender will be issue on the opening date.

 

2. Earnest money in the shape of Bank guarantee or deposit at call in favor of Deputy Director Works Division Islamabad, Capital Development Authority from schedule bank must accompany/supplement the tender application/request.

 

3. The authorities of Capital Development Authority may reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to the acceptance of the bid or proposal.

 

4. The bid security of all bidders would be deposited in the Capital Development Authority Bank Account and same may be returned after the acceptance of the Contract with the successful bidder.

 

5. Authority letter in favor of the person deputed by the contractor to submit the application and collect the tender from along with CNIC (original) is to be provided.
