NOTICE INVITING TENDER
The Executive Engineer Communication
Department District Barkhan intends to carry
out the following Provincial Public Sector Development works and invites sealed
tenders based on composite schedule of rates 2018 GOB. Earnest Money 2% of Estimated

ELIGIBILITY OF CONTRACTORS: Firms/contractors (Single Entity) having valid registration with Pakistan
Engineering Council (PEC) in constructors Category C-6 or above with Specialization
Only firms/contractors with PEC certificates renewed for the current year will
be considered for bidding. Valid registration certificates from Income Tax
Authority (NTN) and BST from Baluchistan Revenue Authority (BRA).
METHOD OF PROCUREMENT. Single Stage Single envelop procedure will be adopted for this procurement.
PURCHASING OF SET OF ENGINEER'S
ESTIMATE & DRAWINGS: The contractors
may purchase the set of drawings and copy of estimates at the cost of RS:
2,000/= per set of the contract for appraisal and scope of work.
BIDDING /TENDER DOCUMENTS ISSUANCE: The bidder(s) can obtain the bidding documents from the address
mentioned below in office working hours on production of green chailan form for
an amount of Rs: Mentioned above (NON REFUNDABLE) deposited in the head of
account C02716 thorough Government Treasury/National Bank of Pakistan OR can be
downloaded from website of BPPRA (www.bppra.gob.pk),under TSE Nos. given
against each package above from the date of publication of this invitation in
newspapers till to the last date of submission i.e.07,05.2021 until 12:00
pm.
BIDDING / TENDER DOCUMENTS OPEING: The tenders will be opened on .07.05.2027 at 12:00 P.M before the
procurement committee in the presence of contractors or their authorized
representatives who may wish to be present.
DEADLINE OF SUBMISSION: Technical & Financial proposals from intending
contractors/firms sealed in two (2) separate envelope clearly marked with work
title and type of proposal must be delivered by hand or through registered mail
to the address mentioned below on before 07.05.2027 at 11:00 Hrs.
SUBMISSION OF EARNEST MONEY: Earnest money 2% of estimated cost in shape of call deposit to be
produced from any scheduled bank as mentioned against the contract will be
enclosed with the bidding documents.
