Government of Pakistan Islamabad Healthcare Regulatory Authority (IHRA) has released a Tender Notice in Date of 23 April 2021 in different Daily Newspapers of Pakistan.

 

TENDER NOTICE

 

Sealed Tenders are invited from the reputed Firms/ Companies who are registered with General Sales Tax and Income Tax Department for supply of items for Islamabad Healthcare Regulatory Authority Islamabad, during financial year 2020-21.

PARTICULAR:

1.Purchase of Plant and Machinery

2.Purchase of Computer Equipment (Hardware)

 

DATE & TIME OF OPENING: 17/05/2021 at 11:00 AM

 

2. Tender documents can be obtained from the office of Islamabad Healthcare Regulatory Authority Islamabad during office hours 09:00 am to 03:00 pm on payment of tender fee Rs. 1000/- (Non-refundable) for each bid.

 

3. Tender MUST be supported with relevant earnest money (re-fundable) @ 2% as mentioned in the tender documents for each bid in shape of Bank draft/CDR in favor of Drawing & Disbursing Officer, IHRA.

 

4. Tenders must reach in said office on or before 17-05- 2021 up to 10:30 A.M. The tender will be opened in the Conference Room of Islamabad Healthcare Regulatory Authority (IHRA), Islamabad at 11:00 A.M on the same date.

 

5. The Department reserves the right to accept or reject or cancel whole of the tender or part thereof, prior to acceptance of bid or proposal.

 

6. Single stage two envelopes bidding procedure would be followed as per PPRA, Rules Technical & Financial bids must be enclosed & mentioned separately on each envelope. “Technical” & “Financial” Proposal.
