Wing has released a Tender Notice in Date
of 23 April 2021 in different Daily Newspapers of Pakistan.
TENDER NOTICE
Sealed tenders are invited on the
basis of single stage-one envelope procedure (PPRA-38-1) from contractors
having their PEC renewal updated for the Year 2020-21 against works and
certificate/license of enlistment/enrolment with Pakistan Regulatory Authority,
for the work Mentioned below:(in Newspaper Ad which is attached below)
Each scheme shall be an independent
work which will be participated exclusively by the interested bidders.
The bidders intend to participate in
more than one work will required to procure bidding document accordingly and
shall submit bid separately for each work.
Bidding/tender documents will be
issued within 15 days counting from the date of the publishing of
advertisement of the tenders. After 15 days of publication no tender
shall be issued/sold.
Since every project shall be
separate / independent project hence all bidding documents must carry bid
security (5%) of the estimated cost of the specific project.
On opening of the bid no bid shall
be evaluated further unless it is accompanied by Bid security in the form of
Bank Guarantee only is required amount (5% of estimated cost of the project)
issued by any schedule Bank of Pakistan within the date of advertisement of the
project and bid submission.
The bid submission date. opening
date and time. Bank Guarantee amount is mentioned against each work will be
strictly observed All prospective bidders intend to witness the bid opening
proceedings must ensure their presence with letter of authorization Any absence
will not be accepted later as an excuse for raising any grievance.
Lahore Development Authority
(Competent Authority) have complete right to get the Bank Security/Guarantee
submitted by the prospective/approaching bidders verified/attested by the
issuing bank. Any default if located or emerged will not only lead to rejection
of the bid summarily rather may also involve black listing proceeding against
the defaulter Bidder / Firm.
Any clarification can be sought by
the prospective bidder regarding the bidding documents from the office of Chief
Engineer, LDA in person upto date of purchase of tenders.
Tender documents. allied information
and other set of terms & conditions can be obtained during working hours
from the office of undersigned.
The application/request for issuance
of tender documents/papers must be accompanied/supplemented by: -
i.
Application for purchase of tender on original letter head.
ii. Attested photocopy of PEC certificate of company renewed upto date
for the year 2021
iii. Attested photocopy of Certificate of enlistment with PRA &
NTN.
iv. Deposit Challan of Rs. 2000/-
v:
Attested photocopy of two work orders of similar nature executed during last 05
years in LDA having amount equivalent to or more than 50% of the
estimated cost of the work. In case of no work or less than 2 works experience 10%
additional performance guarantee have to be deposit by bidder in addition to as
usual Bank Guarantees
vi. In case of company or person other than owner, Authority Letter on
stamp paper of Rs. 50/- must accompany showing name, status. CNIC
details and attested signatures of authorized person
In case of public holiday on the
tender opening date, the next working day will be considered as bid / tender
receiving and opening date.
The Competent Authority reserves the
right to reject all tenders in accordance with the provisions of the prevailing
PPRA Rules 2014 amended upto date.
Incomplete/conditional tenders shall
not be accepted.
LDA reserves the right to check the genuineness of the documents and firm status from any
forum. If any information or documentation found fake at any stage, work will be
terminated immediately
