Balochistan Provincial Assembly Secretariat has released a Tender Notice in Date of 23 April 2021 in different Daily Newspapers of Pakistan.

NOTICE INVITING TENDER

 

Balochistan Provincial Assembly Secretariat invites sealed bids as per BPPRA Rules 2014 from well reputed and authorized Dealers ‘firms/contractors having registration and active status of NTN and GST with Federal Board of Revenue for “PROCUREMENT OF VEHICLES” detailed as under:

Vehicle:

1: Luxury (SUV) 4 Wheel Drive Vehicle

2: Luxury Sedan, RHD All-Wheel Drive Vehicle

 

Quality of the Vehicles: 01

 

Specification of Vehicles:

1. Model 2021, 4 Wheel Drive, 4500-SOQQ0CC, Body Style SUV 8-10 Cylinders, Automatic Transmission, Engine Power of at least 304 hp @ 3600 RPM, 7 Persons Seating Capacity and with 8-10 Airbags.

 

2.Model 2021, 2990-3200CC, 6 Cylinder Petrol Engine, 40- 60v on Broad Battery, 9 Speed Automatic Transmission, Engine Power of at least 365 hp @ 5,500 RPM, Torque 495-505 Nm @ 1550-5550 RPM, 5 Persons Seating Capacity, Automatic Front and Side Passenger Airbags, Latest Model. Latest Model.

 

 

The bidder shall not be blacklisted by any of Provincial or Federal Government Department, Agency.

Single stage two envelope bidding method shall be used as per Rule 41-(3} read with Rule 42-(2} of the BPPRA Rules. 2014.

The Sealed Bids (Technical & Financial) along with all necessary documents shall be dropped in the Tender Box placed at the reception of the Admin Block of Balochistan Provincial Assembly Secretariat on or before Monday the 10th May, 2021 11:00 am.

 

Only Technical Bids will be opened at 11:30 am on the same day in the presence of the participating firm(s) or their authorized representative in the Committee Room # 05 Balochistan Provincial Assembly Secretariat Financial bids of technically qualified bidders shall be opened in presence of bidders or their authorized representatives at time.

date and venue to be announced and communicated to the bidders in advance. Whereas. financial bids of technically non-responsive bidders wil be returned un-opened to the respective bidders.

Bidders shall quote their rates, inclusive of all applicable taxes, duties and other ancillary costs associated with delivery of Vehicles at Balochistan Provincial Assembly Secretariat.

The bids must accompany Bid Security @ 2% of bid price in the shape of Call Deposit or Bank Guarantee issued from a scheduled bank in favor of Secretary Balochistan Provincial Assembly Secretariat.

 Balochistan Provincial Assembly Secretariat reserves the night to reject any or all bids as per provisions of BPPRA Rules, 2014 without assigning any reason.
