Medical Superintendent WAPDA Hospital RWP has released a Bid Invitation in Date of 11^th June 2021 in different Daily Newspapers of Pakistan.

 

Bid Invitation

 

Subject: TENDER FOR PROCUREMENT OF DRUGS / MEDICINES FOR THE YEAR 2021-22

 

1, WAPDA Hospital Rawalpindi invites sealed bids / tenders (Technical & Financial) for the procurement of Drugs / medicines on free delivery to consignee's end basis for one year.

 

2. The eligible licensed. registered Manufacturing firms /importer may participate in the bidding process for their products.

 

3. Bidding shall be conducted through Single Stage - Two Envelopes bidding procedure of Public Procurement Rules, 2004. The envelopes shall be marked as “FINANCIAL PROPOSAL" and TECHNICAL PROPOSAL” in daring and clear letters. Financial Proposal of bids found technically non-responsive shall be returned un-opened pay order / demand draft to the respective bidders.

 

4. Bid Security equivalent to 02 % of total bid price in shape of CDR Pay Order / Demand Draft is required to be deposited with the Technical Proposal.

 

5. The bidding document containing detailed terms and conditions can be purchased from the office of MS WAPDA Hospital Rawalpindi at the following address on payment of Rs: 2000/- as Nonrefundable tender fee. The bidding documents shall be issued up to 30-6-2021 till 12:00Noon.

 

6. Sealed bids are required to be submitted by the Bidders on 1-7-2021 at 11:00 Hrs positively in the office of MS WAPDA Hospital Rawalpindi. The bids received till stipulated date & time shall be opened on the same day at 11:30 Hrs in the presence of the bidders or their authorized representative who choose to attend.

 

7. just in case the date of gap or last date of sale is asserted as a public vacation by the govt. or non-working day thanks to any reason, following official operating day shall be deemed to be the date of submission and gap of tenders consequently. The time and venue shall stay constant.

 

8. Competent Authority reserves the rights as per PPRA Rules 2004.
