2. Tender will be submitted in the
conference room of HQ Project Directorate Centre Lahore till 1130 hours on 28
June 2021 which will be opened on the 28th June 2021 at 1200 hours in
the presence of bidders or their authorized representative (authorized must having
valid authority letter).
3. the interested bidders must provide Following
otherwise offer can be rejected: -
a. Tender fee Rs.2000/- (nonrefundable).
b. Earnest money Rs. 500,000/-
in shape of bank draft in favour of OIC NLC GHQ Rawalpindi.
c. Prices should be quoted for imported
and local coils on FOR Lahore basis.
d. In case of schedule/unscheduled
holiday on opening date, the tender will be opened on next working day.
4. Bidding documents along with all
technical details/ specifications can be downloaded from NLC website www.nic.com.pk
or obtained from HQ NLC (Procurement section) through written application at
the cost of Rs.200/- in shape of bank draft in favour of OIC NLC, GHQ
Rawalpindi.
5. Procurement will be according to
PPRA Rules. Tender notice is also available at www.nic.com.pk and www.ppra.org.pk.
