Executive Engineer Communication Department District Ziarat invites sealed
percentage tender based on Composite Schedule of Rates on 2018 Government of
Balochistan amended up to date from eligible contractors/firms for execution of
the work listed below. Time limit 30-06-2021 for the work.
EARNEST
MONEY IS 5% OF ESTIMATED COST TENDER FEE IS 2000/- RUPEES.

PROCUREMENT
RULES: The
Procurement shall be carried out in accordance with BPPRA rules 2014.
ELIGIBILITY: The bidder must have valid
registration with Pakistan Engineering Council in relevant categories and codes
renewal up to 2020-21 and has completed assignments of similar nature in last
three years.
Registration
with relevant taxation departments. Only verified call deposits from concerned bank
will be considered. Bank guarantee will not be accepted.
METHOD
OF PROCUREMENT:
Single stage and 2 envelopes.
TENDER
DOCUMENTS: ISSUANCE: The tender documents can be obtained from the office of the Executive
Engineer Communication Department District Ziarat from the date of publication
till submission date and time on payment of tender fee deposited in the head of
Account C-02716 through Government Treasury in any Branch of National Bank of
Pakistan. The N.I.T and tender documents can also be downloaded from B-PPRA
website www.bppra.org.pk.
SUBMISSION: The last date of submission will be
on 14-06-2021 at 12:00 PM no any forms will be entertained after mention date
and time.
OPENING: The tender document will be opened
on 14-06-2021 at 01:00 AM by procurement committee in the presence of
contractors or their authorized representatives.
PLACE: The place of issuance, submission
and opening will be Office of the Executive Engineer Communication Department
District Ziarat.
CONDITIONS: Tender form will be issued from this
office on presentations of original bank challan and call deposit without which
no any tender will be issued. Unworkable rates should not be finished because
it will lead to the disqualification of bidder. Over-writing, incomplete
calculations and incomplete rates in B.0.Q will not be acceptable and
calculations will be thoroughly checked All tax.
