of 1st June 2021 in different Daily Newspapers of Pakistan.

The
Director General Balochistan Levies Force (BLF) invites sealed Bids/proposals based
on Composite Schedule of Rates 2018 of Government of Balochistan along with
item rates (NSR) as per prevailing market rates for the following work: - Bid
Security 2%(Shape of C/Deposit, Tender fee Rs.1000 and Time Limitjune 2021 for
the work.
Name
of Work/Description:
1.
Provision of Missing Facilities for LTC Khuzdar. (Construction of Gym, 2nd Floor),
Kitchen, Room, and store. TS185144E.
Estimated
Cost: 19.80 M
Procurement
shall be made under BPPRA Rules 2014(AS amended up to date).
Eligibility
of Bidders: The
bidder must have experience in carrying out civil work in last 03 years’ worth
not less than 20.00 M Turnover of at least PKR 50.00 m in last three years showing
financial capacity of the firm.
Registration
with relevant taxation department, NTN.8.S.T/BRA Registration with Pakistan Engineering
Council (PEC) in relevant category. An undertaking on Rs 100/- judicial
stamp paper (in original) that the firm is neither black listed by any Government
or semi Government organization nor under litigation for any sort of recovery
of Government dues on part of contractor / Bidder.
The Firm
quoting rates extra ordinary below the engineering rates / estimates shall be
required to submit call deposit of amount equal to the amount differential to
the tender amount in addition to 2% of bid amount in favor of the Director
General BLF to protect employer's interest.
Incomplete,
conditional, or bids received through mail, fax, courier shall not be accepted.
The Procuring Agency, after evaluation of offered bid, deserves the right to
accept or cancel the offer in view of viability of rates. The Procuring Agency
deserve the right, in variation of scope of work, increase or decrease the scope
of work if situation so arise.
METHOD OF
PROCUREMENT. Single
stage, Single envelop.
BID
SECURITY: all bids
must be accompanied with Bid Security of 02% of total estimated cost in form of
Call Deposit or Bank Guarantee in the name of the Director General BLF from a scheduled
bank.

Balochistan Levies Force upon payment (Non-refundable) bidding document fee
through Green Challan in the head of account CO2642 Bidding Document can also
be download from www.bppra.org.pk
ISSUANCE
OF TENDER DOCUMENTS:
From the date of uploading on Website of BPPRA & Publication of NIT till 08/06/2021,
during office hours.
LAST DATE
OF BID SUBMISSION:
The Tenders should be submitted on 14/06/2021 till at 12.00 Noon
the office of the undersigned.

OPENING: All tenders
will be opened on same day at the office of the under-signed at 03.00 PM.
