 Digging of Boreholes for irrigation Water in 9 Different Locations in Gilgit Baltistan & Supply of Allied Material for Ten Billion Trees Tsunami Programme in GB

 

Aga Khan Planning and Building Services, Pakistan for its project titled “Ten Billion Trees Tsunami Programme” intends to invite certified companies for the civil work & supply of material for below mentioned project sites. The detailed bid document can be obtained from the office of the undersigned or may request for a soft copy of the same via email address shamsher.khan@akdn.org. Bidders are advised to submit separate bids for each project sites. The locations of project sites are as below:

2). Chalet Nagar

3). Sikandarabad Nagar (Site 1)

4). Sikandarabad Nagar (Site 2)

5). Nasirabad Hunza

6). Khyber Gojal Hunza

7). Qomera Skardu Baltistan

8). Garbidas (Karbathang) Skardu Baltistan

9). Hussainabad Skardu Baltistan

 

 

1. Bids will be conducted through single stage two envelope procedure as specified in the PPRA Rule 2004

 

2. Bids shall be valid for 90 days from the date of opening of bids.

 

3. The name of the Bid project site should clearly be mentioned on the envelope.

 

4. 2%bid security in shape of demand draft should be submitted with the bid document.

 

5. The advertisement will also be available on PPRA website.

 

6. The department reserves the right to accept or reject any one or all under clause -33 (1) of PPRA Rules 2004

 

7. Further details/other terms and condition are mentioned in the bid document

 

Duly sealed Technical and Financial bids in separate envelopes for each item/bid should reach to the undersigned address on 18th June 2021 till 1100 hours. Bids will be opened on the same date at 1200 hours at Aga Khan Planning building service for Pakistan near Heli chock Shahrah Quaid-e-Azam Juityal Gilgit.
