shall be submitted according to single stage Two Envelope procedure of
public procurement Rules 2004.
Tender

mentioned selling date in the office of Chief Controller of Purchase, PR.
Headquarters Office, Lahore, DY: CCS/Karachi Cantt. & ACOS/D/CDLW,
Pakistan Railways, Rawalpindi.
The complete
filled bidding documents, along with 02% earnest money (for un-registered
firm's) of the offer shall be dropped in the tender box lying in the office of Chief
Controller of Purchase PR. Headquarters Office, Lahore at or before 09:30
A.M on the opening date indicated in the Tender Notice and will be opened
publically at 10:30 A.M on the same date.
