2. Tender documents for the above
mentioned work shall be issued upon written request on letter head pad of the
firm / contractor, after payment of the prescribed tender fee.
3. Tender documents shall be available
for issuance during 0900 to 1300 Hours on Monday to Thursday and during 0900
to 1200 Hours on Friday, excluding gazetted / public holidays.
4. Sale of tender documents shall be
closed at 1300 Hours one day before the date of submission/ opening of
the tender.
5. Bid Security @2% of the
quoted bid price in the shape of Bank Draft / Pay Order / CDR in favor of
Director (Finance), shall be accompanied with the tenders.
6. Competent Authority may accept or
reject all bids/tenders in the light of para 33 of PPRA rules.
