and Venders etc. in Faisalabad Garment City Company in Value Addition City,

The
information for bidder:
Organization
structure of the contracting firm whether the firm is a Partnership, Public
Limited Company or Private Ltd. Company etc.
Detail of
works of similar nature during the last three (03) years.
The
interested bidder shall provide certificates (NTN, PRA, GST and PEC etc.) for each
Tender/Bid as required in bidding documents.
The amount
of earnest money for each tender is 2% (refundable) of total tender amount
payable in the form of Bank Draft/Pay Order in favor of "Faisalabad
Garment City Company”. Bidding documents for each work may be obtained on 31st
May, 2021(Monday) onward from the office of FGCC during the office hours (from
9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday) on payment of non-refundable Tender Fee
mentioned as above through Bank Draft/Pay Order.
The Bid
shall comprise only one package containing 2 separate envelopes. Each envelop
shall contain separately the Financial Proposal and the Technical Proposal;
Envelops
shall be marked as "FINANCIAL PROPOSAL" and TECHNICAL PROPOSAL"
in bold and legible letters to avoid any confusion.
The
interested bidders may submit their bids up-to 21st June, 2021 (Monday) till
11:30 am and bids will be opened in the presence of their representatives on
the same day at 12:00 pm.
No biding
documents shall be sold on the date & time fixed for opening of the bids.
Incomplete/ conditional and bids without earnest money shall not be considered.
The
interested bidder can apply for whole works or any one work.
