AUCTION NOTICE
The
Punjab Employees Social Security Hospital, Sector I-!2, IJ. Principal Road, Islamabad, invites the “Open Public offers”
from financially sound and well reputed parties/firms/persons for the sale of
Condemn Items like Tube well, Air Conditioners, Bed, Chair, Electric Panel and
Misc Items.
1. The detailed documents can be
obtained from Accounts Office after payment of Rs.1000/- Non-refundable,
tender fee, a day before the opening of tender.
2. Auction process will be commenced on
11.05.2021 at 10:00AM.
3. In case of unsuccessful auction process on above mentioned date& time; The Alternative date & time will bePunjab Employee Social Security Hospital19.05.2021 at 10:00 AM & 22.05.2021 at 10:00 AM.
4. Deposit at Call of Rs. 36,660/-
in shape of CDR/Bank Draft is mandatory along with tender documents, otherwise
participation will not be entertained.
5. All Condemn Lots can be examined in
working hour, a day before the opening of sealed offers.
6. Other information /instruction have
been recorded in tender documents.
7. Income Tax/Other Govt Taxes will be
deducted as per policy of Government.
8. The Highest Bidder has to deposit
1/3 of the Bid Price on the spot to the Cashier of PESSI Hospital, Islamabad.
9. Reserve Price is Rs.3,66,501/-(Rupee
Three Lac, Sixty Six thousand, Five Hundred & One only) .
10. Offer below the reserve price will
be straight away rejected.
11. The undersigned ‘Auction Committee
reserves the right to accept/reject the offer, without assigning any reason and
it will not be challenged in any court of law.
