WAPDA has released a Bid Invitation in Date of 23 April 2021 in different
Daily Newspapers of Pakistan.

BID INVITATION
1. The employer, Pakistan Water &
Power Development Authority through respective Resident Engineers (O&M)
Power, Allai Khwar HPS Allai invites sealed bids on Items Rates Basis from
eligible firms licensed by Pakistan Engineering Council in the appropriate
category (Category C5 & above - CE-10, General Buildings & Maintenance)
for year 2021 or beyond, having relevant experience (2 works of similar type
and value in last 3 years) and registered with Sales Tax/ Income Tax
authorities and appearing on Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR for the
following Works:
Bid Reference: Civil Section AKHS/B-01/ 2021
Work
Name: Water
Proofing of Control buildings roofs of Weir site, Switchyard and Power House along
with damaged side wall of pavement at weir site of Allai Khwar Hydel Station, Allai.
Formation: Allai Khwar Hydel Station, Allai
2. The firm's financial worthiness in
the shape of financial statement for last one year along with works currently
in hand is also to be submitted. The works will be completed in 60 Days.
3. A complete set of Bidding Documents
each may be purchased by an interested eligible bidder on or before 24.05.2021
(during office hours) on submission of a written application upon payment
of a non-refundable fee of Rupees 1000/- (for each document) from the
Executive Engineer (Civil) at Office of Chief Engineer (O&M) Power, 3-HHP,
WAPDA, Besham. Representatives of the firms must produce/submit power of
Attorney on Stamp Paper duly attested by Oath Commissioner/1st Class
Magistrate.
4. All bids must be accompanied by a
Bid Security of 2% of bid price in the shape of Call Deposit / Bank
Draft in the name of Resident Engineer (O&M) Power Allai Knwar HPS Allai
and must be delivered to Executive Engineer (Civil) o/o Chief Engineer
(O&M) Power, 3-HHP WAPDA Besham at or before 1100 hours on 25.05.2021.
5. Bids will be opened at 1130 hours
on the same day in the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to
attend, at Committee Room o/o Chief Engineer (O&M) Power, 3-HHP, WAPDA,
Besham.
