National Defence University has released a Tender Notice in Date of 22 April 2021 in different Daily Newspapers of Pakistan.

1. National Defence University invites sealed tenders from reputable/interested firms/contractors
any company for purchase of
Item Types
A. Cptr Dell Core i5 (3° Gen), 4GB
RAM 320 GB HDD along with Keyboard & Mouse
B. Cptr HP Core i5 (4" Gen), 8
GB RAM 500 GB HDD along with Keyboard & Mouse
C. Cptr Core i7 (4" Gen), 8GB
RAM, 500GB HDD along with Keyboard & Mouse

Tender must remain effective till 30th June 2021. Successful vendor/dealer must supply
the same quality of approved items at National Defence University at the same
price during the whole year.
3.
Interested Vendors must provide rates for all types of items. If any firm do
not provide rates for all items Tender of that firm will not be entertained.
4.
Detail of the items can be obtained from the office of the undersigned during
office hours (0900 to 1400 hours Monday to Friday). Details also available
on www.ndu.edu.pk.
5. An
earnest money of 2% of total quoted/estimated amount in the form of bank
draft/pay order (refundable) in favor of NDU Islamabad must accompany/supplement
the tenders, otherwise the tender will not be considered.
6.
Interested vendors / firms must be registered and having valid National Tax and
General Sales Tax numbers. (It should be noted that Registration Numbers of
firms must be clearly written on the Tender).
7.
Tender should reach the undersigned along with earnest money latest by 11:00
AM on 06 May 2021 which will be opened on the same day at 12:00 PM
by the tendering committee.
8. If
the equipment/services found substandard/insufficient or if not provided in
time, so National Defense university reserves complete rights to cancel the
tender.
