National
Power Parks Management Company (PVT) Limited Ministry of Energy (Power
Division), Government of Pakistan has released an Invitation to Bid in Date of 15 April 2021 in
different Daily Newspapers of Pakistan.
(1) National Power Parks Management
Company (Private) Limited (NPPMCL) invites seated bids from eligible
Constructors qualifying Eligibility Criteria for the following works required
to be completed within 12 months from the date of award.
Construction
of Housing Complex at 1230 MW Combined Cycle Power Plant Haveli Bahadur Shah,
District Jhang, Pakistan. The scope of works as mentioned in Tender Documents
is broadly the Building works i.e. Construction of Bunglows, Apartments, Club
House, Market, Mosque, and allied facilities including external services/
infrastructure developments such as:
(i}
Water supply system, Sewerage system, Drainage system, pump house, STP, OHW
tank, roads etc.
(ii)
Electrification Systems, CCTV Installations, Construction of Substation etc.
(iii)
Boundary walls, Watch Towers and Security Fence etc. Main Entrance Gates with
Security Rooms.
(2) Bidding will be carried out by
adopting “Single Stage Two Envelope” procedure under rule 36(b) of Public
Procurement Rules, 2004.
(3) The interested Bidders are
required to provide documents with Technical and Financial Bid as per the
details given in Bidding Documents & Appendices. Since Firms/Constructors
duly registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council having valid license in
the Category C1 and above and having specialization Codes: CE-01 and CE-10 are
eligible to apply, therefore, only eligible bidder are advised to apply.
(4) Blank Tender Documents can be
purchased from the office of NPPMCL situated at 2nd Floor of Malik Plaza 7-C-1, Gulberg- III, Lahore,
on written request of the bidder along with non- refundable fee of Rs.
10,000/ - through Demand Draft /Pay Order in favor of ‘National Power Parks
Management Company (Private) Limited’ by 6th of May 2021 till
17:00 Hours.
(5) Bidders are required to submit
the bids at below mentioned address of NPPMCL by 7th of May 2021 till 15:00 Hours. The Bids
Envelopes containing “Technical Bid” will be opened on same day at 15:45 Hours
in the Committee Room of NPPMCL situated at below mentioned address in the
presence of bidders or their authorized representative (single representation),
who choose to attend.
(6) NPPMCL reserves the right to
reject all bids at any time prior to acceptance of bids under rule 33 of Public
Procurement Rules, 2004.
