huge network throughout the country, contributing Substantially in the economy
of Pakistan. Pakistan Railways is transporting Coal, Container, Phosphate,
Fertilizer, Wheat, POL products. For this purpose, Railway has various type of

In order to boost the earning and rationalize the market,
Pakistan Railways intend to outsource the Commercial Management of all freight
trains. The proposal may contain commercial management with routine maintenance
of wagons and with or without the cost of HSD.
Interested parties may submit their proposals/ suggestions
keeping in view the above mentioned stock. Last date for submission of
proposals is 5th April, 2021. The proposals will be evaluated
to ascertain the interest of the potential customers. Financial and operational
