The incumbent Bidders, authorized
dealers/ sole distributors of equipment manufacturers should be well reputed,
financially sound enough and registered with Pakistan Engineering Council,
Income and Sales Tax Departments and having license of import/export from
relevant agencies.
The Firm’s, Bidders/Individual should
have enough experience for the supply and installation of Radio Transmitters
like MW, SW and FM in Pakistan.
Tender documents and other details
can be obtained/achieve from this office as well as from the office of Deputy Controller
(Engineering), on any working day during office hours. The Proposal along with
CDR (in the name of Controller, Procurement Cell) must reach in the office of
Procurement Cell, 2" Floor, PBC Headquarters, Islamabad up to 11:30 a.m.
on 06-04-2021.
The proposals/applications after (11:30
am) will not be accepted. The tenders opening time is 12:00 hrs. on the
same date the presence of the bidders or their authorized representatives.
Bidders/dealers other than Islamabad and Karachi can purchase Tender Documents through
Courier/postal service by paying additional amount of Rs. 500/-.
The competent/skilled authority
reserves the right to reject or accept any or all tenders as per PPRA Rule.
The firms with bad reputation/status
in after sale services/facilities causing unnecessary delay in the past projects
with PBC will not be entertained under PPRA rules.
